Claim is to be file on or before 8 SEP . What happen if I decide not to go for claim? Will flat bekings to me?
if you have not filed claim within the time limit, the IRP won't entertain it. Which means you lose your already disproportionately miniscule right to ahve a said on the committee of creditors appointed by NCLT.
And if any claim is refunded to any other home buyers after all the corporate insolvency resolution process is complete, you won't get any some of money.
Home-buyers who have a claim against Corporate Debtor only would be joined in as financial creditors. If you had any suh claims you have lost your right to them.
