What to do if bank made disbursement to the builder without buyer sign

05-May-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I took home loan from SBI RACPC Delhi and 2 disbursement were made to builder with my sign on disbursement form but last disbursement of Rs. 3.37 Lacs was made with my forged sign.I lodged complaint with bank with proof collected through RTI, then complained with RBI no action till date. Also the project was approved by sbi and builder used SBI name as USP while selling project i.e a clear win-win business strategy b/w builder and bank. Now the project is sealed for builders default with GDA and possession is delayed by 2 years.I tied to project a nexus b/w bank and builder who sold the project by using SBI name then together they looted loan money without signatures/authorizations from buyer and now defaulted in offering possession as per schedule which was the basic essence of tripartite agreement among bank-buyer-builder.Bank is now harassing us for payment of dues rather accepting failure of his own modus operandi business deal on account of which they trapped buyers.

If your forged sign made by bank for disbursement of amount then u should lodged a complaint against builder and bank officials both .U may made complaint against bank officials before bank before higher officials of the State Bank Of India and Bank ombudsman .
