I have no accounts in your bank.
But it shows cibil website that I have accounts. Because of this, my cibil score has decreased.
The bankers are not responding.
Please write your concern to CIBIL that data is wrong. Send legal notice to bank that they had misrepresented facts and caused loss to you.
You may also file a suit for compensation against the bank for such negligent reporting.
