SARFAESI ACT notice u/s 13(2) . Need advice to file objection .

Bank issued a notice u/s 13(2) on 30.11.2018 after 90 days over dues in Term loan a/c as well as in CC a/c also. Recently RBI have issued guidelines to all banks & nbfcs for MSME sector to change NPA classification period from 90 days to 180 days up to 31st DEC 2018 to provide relief to msme (Disturbed due to GST) . we are MSME registered STAND UP INDIA unit and definitely come in this relief extended by RBI. Bank is not ready to listen . What should we do at this stage.

kindly give a legal notice to the bank and in case the bank is not responding file an application in the debt recovery tribunal.this should be done immediately so as to avoid further inconvenience.
