I have sought information under RTI act from nationalized bank(regional office) between 2017-2018. regional office deliberately and repeatedly provided misleading/incomplete information and instigating for appeal. but headquarter provided true,correct information without instigating for first/2nd appeal..
can i claim rupee one crore from district/state/national consumer forum about mental harassment, time,energy? how?
