Resale my actioned property but my customer bank not giving finance

I purchased an auction property (House) in 2010 and wants to sell it now. My customer bank's advocated verified my property document and said him that this property cannot have finance loan. They can nly purchase through cash.
Is there any law/rule that no one can purchase out property thru loan?
follow the proper process and you need to go and come before the court of law for requirement of Finance else you will not get any kind of relief before the court so with property documents please for consultation at the earliest
