Personal Loan EMI late fees issue with HDFC bank Chennai branch

Hi,
I have a personal loan in HDFC. And my due date every month for EMI was on 4th. For a loan amount of approx 5.80 Lakhs, I have paid 8lakhs including interest. My loan period was 60 months (July 2015 to June2020). I have paid all the 60 emis.
Because of my job losses and corona situation in during a span of 3 years, my emis were paid on a date after 4th of the month.. My last emi was due on June 4th 2020, which I have paid on 2nd week of November 2020. Now the bank is asking for late emi fee of 69000. Should I pay this late fee? Can i get NOC from bank without this late fee.
