Personal Loan / credit card of deceased person

If a person had taken personal loan and credit card which have not settled. He is no more now and passed away 8 years back. He has not left any assets or liquid to their heirs. In this what happens to the debts? How they will deal such cases? Can bank attach the loan to heirs property earned by them?

the bank cannot recover your loan which it is not claimed more than three years so the bank has no right to claim the dues from the legal Heirs of the dead person on this ground itself agents of the bank for disturbing you approached approach the court to not to disturb your peaceful living in regarding that particular loan
