Online fraud by person claiming he has a mobile store what to do now

I am living in hyderabad and i contacted a person from olx. He live in bangalore . He claimed that he has a mobile shop in bangalore and he is selling mobiles in a very low rate . so i ordered a phone worth rs 23000. I transferred the money via net banking .He said it will be a one day delivery by speed post buts its around 5 days and i did not receive my phone and that person is not replying my messages and calls . He is playing this fraud game with many other people for sure because as we text him on whats app from another no regarding a phone he replies and say the same process and then after sending money to him he just disappears. I want my money back from him what am i supposed to do please help me. Thank You

Do you have complete information about the fraud like name, phone number, shop address or residential address or his shop registration number or OLX ID and proof of money transfer to that particular person and any important details of this transaction. then you can approach the nearest police station and register a complaint agianst the person to recover the same.
