Notice received from Dhava Panchayth court,Bangalore

I have a mortgage loan on my commercial building which is over due & now i have received a notice from Co-operative dhava panchayth court,Bangalore to attend the court on 3rd dec 2018. what happens if i fail to attend the court (this is the first notice) will the decision is given on behalf of the co-operative bank to auction my property & recovery my loan. I am actually trying to sell my property to clear the loan & also some unsecured loans. so i need some time. what should i do ? i am not interested & also unable to attend the court.

Dear client

in your case coming before co-opretive arbitration to resolve the matter .If you really want to time to settle the payment by your side , you have opportunity to to engage to attend the case by your side to anyone lawyer it's best why you do worry Take few weeks time if possible by your side lawyer.
