Money Not Refunded By Business Partner what to do

What I do if money is not refunded by bussiness partner after sign on agreement but I don't want continue
First of all share agreement with us and then you have to pay fees for consultancy . A partner can not leave in between untill and unless there is no clause mentioned in it for leaving of partnership.
