Q: Can the instalments of loan be postponed with consultation from bank

My wife is availing loan from bank for 3 lacs and she has lost her job due to pregnancy. I am also unable to pay her loan since i also availing some financial commitments. Is there any option to pay bank after pregnancy when she is able to join her service. can we request bank for stoppage and extension for 1 year of loan repayments

I think you should approach your financial institution. Have a discussion with them and ask for restructuring of loan or try to renegotiate your loan term. I can try and help you to get the same done if you are not confident enough to take care of the issue.

HelloAapne jo loan apne salary account par liya thaa uss account mai aapka PAN card uploaded hoga. Bank aapko chahe 5 saal baad hee sahi par pakad jaroor lega.Aur tab aapko poora paisa intrest aur charges k saath bharna hoga.Aaj ki date mai CIBIL score ki bahut value hai aur agar woh kharab ho gaya toh problem ho sakti hai.

Q: Complaint against husband for infringing right to privacy

I had a facebook account which i was not using but my husband had a doubt that i use my facebook account and he always had doubt on my character so he somehow got my password and started using it without my consent. Now i think that he uses my fb account to prove me charactetless, i have deactivated my account but it is in running and on the top of that the phone number i had on facebook is not there anymore, instead of that now i see my husband's number is updated in my profile and this gives me clear indidcation that my husband is using my facebook account so that he can malign me by doing something malicious and later on he will say that is my wife's(that means my account) account she is doing all the bad things. Please suggest what should i do

MadamYou need to take a strict action as the indian law does not allows anyone to disgrace or disrespect the other.Since this issue is related to your respect you should start with an action immediatly.Do write back as to what has been the fate of your relationship with your husband are both of you residing togather or not?

Q: Got a loan from a friend he took a cheque which got bounced

I got the loan from my known person of 9 Lacs and he took my cheque as a security. he took my signature on a document where he is mentioned that this money given me as a token amount against my property. the agreement time is already expired.he issues 4 cheque of 4 different people on different dates. now he is giving threatened me that he will file the case against me for 420 or I have to sell my property to him. I ready to pay his money but I need at least 6 months for it.

SirThe description, the facts are a bit unclear. The first part is clear and well understood but the part where you mention about 4 cheques of 4 different people you went out of the context. Your case is very good and clear if you take the steps prior to him, if he initiates the criminal action he will get the undue advantage
