Hello sir
We have a credit card Of kotak mahindra bank we paid all interest till March . Now due to lockdown our business got shut . In July they start abusing us and calling and doing home visit . The executives which visit our home said us u pay minimum of 7500 and till october u dont need to pay . But from september again they start to whatsapp again that we will spoil your civil score and you have to pay interedt of 3.5% and 1000 Rs daily + Gst and If u dont pay then we will take legal action and they sended me legal notice on email I dont have money right now as my whole business is shut . Nobody is ready to give me my amount . What to do in this situation . Please help me
in this matter you can file consumer complaint against the Bank . as per the Central Government decision they cannot behave like this during lockout period. their behaviour comes under unfair trade practices. so , as their consumer you can file a consumer complaint against them by attaching call details notice with the complaint . if you have any other enquiry or query . you can contact me on given mobile number.
