Q: Institute collected fees and awarded fake certificate, closing centre

I enrolled for AAIP course in Arena Animation owned by Aptech Limited in 2015. In 2018, My centre closed and Aptech said fees cannot be refunded but they can allow me continue my course at some other centre but only train one software compared to many softwares in their curriculum and prospectus. They awarded me fake certificate and marksheets for exams I did not give to close the case in 2018. Fees of INR1,90,000 they had taken in 2015 only. How can I get refund for my waste of money, time and effort. Please advice.

in this matter you can approach to the police within application of cheating by the Institute . incase police does not register your complaint prose to the Court registration of FIR against Institute . you can also file the recovery suit against Institute but it cost you more have to file this time duty .. for any further enquiry you can contact me on given mobile number



Q: Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card

Hello sir We have a credit card Of kotak mahindra bank we paid all interest till March . Now due to lockdown our business got shut . In July they start abusing us and calling and doing home visit . The executives which visit our home said us u pay minimum of 7500 and till october u dont need to pay . But from september again they start to whatsapp again that we will spoil your civil score and you have to pay interedt of 3.5% and 1000 Rs daily + Gst and If u dont pay then we will take legal action and they sended me legal notice on email I dont have money right now as my whole business is shut . Nobody is ready to give me my amount . What to do in this situation . Please help me

Q: Seller refuses to provide bill, is rude and trying to extract money unethically

I purchased 2 ACs worth INR 60,000. Paid 10,000 as advance and at time of delivery started following up with the seller. It is at this time that the seller started behaving mischievously and rudely. Nevertheless I transferred the balance amount so that the products are delivered. The seller did not give any update for 4-5 days and also did not respond to messages. Finally he delivered the products but did not provide the bill. He insisted that i pay three times the delivery cost that was discussed if I wanted the bill which i refused. To which he threatened me that He will make me come all the way to his shop to pay the delivery charges. What actions I can take to make sure I get the bill. I have no problem posting the genuine g delivery charges but this guy has been untrustworthy and very rude all the while.

in this matter you can file consumer complaint before your district Commission contending the facts as you stated on the basis unfair trade practice adopted by the Seller and demand for invoice of the goods return of excessive delivery charges compensation . also make the manufacture of the goods a party to the complaint.



Q: C C not provided by Builder poor quality of construction

Dear Sir/Madam,my builder has not provided CC for the flat which I bought in 2017 and the construction quality is of very poor standard, also constructing stairs without the approval of the residents, also amenities promised not fulfilled. Can I file case against the builder for these things. Due to this CC I am not able to transfer my Home Loan and paying extra interest, also property is unregistered.

in this matter you have to first see whether the Builder has the Occupancy certificate or not . without this Occupancy certificate the Builder cannot offer the possession to the purchaser . in your matter you can file consumer complaint.
