I am unable to repay the housing loan so I got a summon
21-May-2023 (In Banking / Finance Law)
I got housing loan from CBI. but the builder was unable to complaete the project and also he is up scant noe. so i am struggling to repay the emi to bank , also i suffering with my family. Now I got the letter from bank , like summon to Defendants. so What I need to do now. please help me on this . Regards,
You are served with summons means the Bank has moved to Court and filed recovery suit against you. You better consult a local advocate to appear on behalf of you and contest the case.otherwise ex-parte order may be passed against you.
