Q: Stolen cheque give to bank and sent me an legal notice
3 month back my friend stole an signed cheque and now he presented to bank that was bounce ( in the same day when I got know cheque was stolen I immidiate called the bank and stop the cheque ) now he send me a legal notice to pay the amount What action I can take in this situation.

If the cheque is really stolen, lodge a complaint in police station. And collect FIR of the same and reply to notice with the help of an advocate . Unless you take action against theft of cheque, Courts will not consider your version.

I am residing in Bangalore. I have filed FIR for theft in my house 2 years back, now I have received notice from station saying that my complaint is not true/unfit to investigate/ misrepresentation of facts/no prosecution. If I oppose, asked to visit the court within a week. Please advise what shall I do?

You consult an advocate and file protest petition against the report of police. Your case will continue. Then court will order to reinvestigate the case and you will get justice. First go and consult an advocate. He will guide you further stages.
Q: Gift deed from father to son for a self acquired property
Considering a Hindu father has a daughter & a son, & he owns the self acquired property, does he need the signature of the daughter to write his self acquired property as a gift deed to his son?

Not necessary. If the property was self acquired, he is free to do anything with the property without anyone’s consent. He can Gift the property to anyone he likes. If the property is ancestral, then he can gift it only to the extent of his share in the property
Q: Loan Given To Brother Can be Recovered
Loan given to brother by cheque can be recoverd in case if he refuse to give back how long it will take to recover.

Do you have any pro-note or bond in that regard?? If so it will be easy. Else you need to prove that the money transferred to your brother was a loan. You need to file a case for recovery of money alongwith details of cheque issued. And you need to pay Court fee defending on your claim amount.

Hi, I purchased used car from jayanagar car Dealership, I paid 75000 in cash and remaining 2 lakh I made car loan,It's been 2 months now RC transfer is not done by the dealer, When I tried to call him he is not picking up the call. What legal action can I take. Please help me.

You need to issue legal notice to dealer. Even after that, if he fails to transfer RC, you can file complaint in Consumer Court/Forum. And you will get the work done alongwith legal expenses. Contact an advocate for the same.
