I AM FACING NPA PROBLEM FOR MUDRA LOAN PROCCESS

IM BUISNESS MAN FILLING ITR 4 LAC ANNUALY TURN OVER IS 42 LAC .LAST TIME 2016 LOSS IN BUISNESS MY CC ACCOUNT WAS NPA DECLARE.CC ACCOUNT 50000 FULLY AMOUNT NO SATTELMENT AND PAY CLOSE IT. THEN I APPLIED MUDRA LOAN IN BRANCH BUT DECLINE THE LOAN APPLICATION NPA REASON WHEN HE KNOW ABOUT THAT BEFORE LOAN PROCCESS ANSWER DECLINE AFTER 3 MONTH LATER. CA I DO /???
First you obtain the current Statement of your account and check what type and how much other charges are applied to your account except to interest what is the basis of your CC Limit, how it was sanctioned to you?
