i have gone through your query ,in your query as per your question your bank is asking for annual charges as well as interest on annual chareges after surrendering the credit card to the bank.after closing your account only they must hav estopped your final account.its totally illegal they are doing you must immediately move top legal steps so they are not able to harras you.thanks.
