Financial advices for me and non payment of labour from same guy

I took a loan of 1124000 from hdfc bank for business purpose but as my frnd request for financial help for him I paid some amount in lacks to him as he promised me he would return it in 3 months, as now it's been near to 1 year he had not paid me more than half of money and there r multiple bank emi bounce from September 2018 and as I wan unable to start a business property am not in a financial situation to pay. Need an advice regarding that.

In this case you have to send legal notice to the bank by putting forth your situation and propose for settlement of dues.
