Clarification on education loan after repaying EMI

I took education loan forMBA in 2010 which is 290000 in the year 2012. 2012 i completed my course. I started repay my education loan by 2014dec. My EMI was 9000... I aas able to pay 6000...which i paid... My total payment 129000... Now my family conditions are not good so i request bank for full & final settlement by giving 80000 but the deny after that i agree to pay 120000 and submitted a proposal letter. Now bank continously sending a recovery agent to pay 247000 by march end. Please suggest... I am facing a huge issue....

The proposal you have given is not acceptable and that is why they did not agree. You at least have to repay the principle amount. So the proposal letter you are submitting should be well drafted. MY OPINION THAT i have follow your submission & i say that you have scope to settle the lone amount in a very considerable way /ways, with that Bank , and you have constitutional right to express your difficulty as that Bank to settle the amount / amounts in a very amicable way.
