Can DRT attach my property in Unsecured Auto Loan Case

1.) Does DRT have powers to attach movable and immovable assets on an unsecured auto loan.?
2.) If yes what if it is a joint property in name of 4 people rest 3 have nothing to do with the loan.?
3.) Just to clarify that aforesaid property was not mortgaged in the above case.
there is a step by step procedure which drt follows in recovery cases and usually they proceed to take possession of the subject matter and proceed against it by auctioning it and if still amount is due then personal property can be attached as the last resort.
