Can a bank ask for recovery charges after the loan has been paid off

Respected sir we have taken a bank loan from SBI for the purpose of business nearly 20 lacs we clear the loan amount but the bank staff now asking recovery charges 10% we should not have amount to pay please give us a good solution for us yours obediently
