Hi,
Please go through the RBI website for banking Ombudsman email I'd and phone numbers. RBI Ombudsman was the person to resolve customers problems. Please search for Ombudsman of your state in the RBI website. Your complaint must contain all the details of your loan like loan account number etc. Have a nice day.
Good luck.

1.please request the bank to issue loan staement.

2.this will give you an understanding on outstanding principal amount and interest charged.

3.Banks also charges for delay in payments for overdue/outstanding loans,

4.you have every right to get clarity on these ABOVE points. if bank denies to give the above information you can approach the nodal officer of the bank or banking ombudsman department of RBI.
