138 Accused Not Attending Court

I have filed case under 138 .The accused appeared on few dates ,now not compling .police unable to produce accused in court .what remedy I have ? Will case end here ? I will not get my dues ?
No, the case will not end there. Get a Non-Bailable Warrant issued against all the accused persons. Meet with the Commissioner of Police too to get the accused persons arrested as soon as possible. You will get all your legitimate dues. Just you have to keep little bit of patience.
