Panding of Promotion case in allahabad high court bench Lucknow
11-Mar-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
1- with due respect that my case has been panding at high court bench LKo since 2008 to till date due to medical and fin problem
2- please advise the restart the case
share the case number because in year 2014 AFT was constituted and mà tters from High court to AFT were transferred therefore doubtful that your Matter is in High Court, even if it's therr you can ask for transfer to AFT Delhi principal bekch.
