Yes we can assail the promotion delays in your case in writ jurisdiction as the punishments are already awarded and exhausted by the force. Now delay in promotion which prejudice your tenure of service can be assailed in the court. Feel free to connect for better advice. Thanks

We can definitely help you with this matter. We need to review your punishment orders, service records, promotion orders, and applicable service rules to understand how these penalties have affected your seniority and subsequent promotions. Based on the documents, we can assess whether there are grounds to challenge the delay in promotion, restoration of seniority, or any continuing adverse impact on your service benefits. Please share the relevant documents so we can examine your case and advise you on the appropriate legal remedies. Regards, Advocate Himanshu Sharma Vigilant Legum Law Firm Dwarka, New Delhi
