Termination Of Job without notice(Please guide).

Hi Sir, My employer recently fired me due to the reason that he read chats of me and my fellow employee complaining and ranting about the issues going on in the company. My first question is if we are talking on WhatsApp chats (office no.) About the employer (harsh language)..does it falls under misconduct at work? and my second question is after this he is not providing me relieving letter and experience letter. What should I do? What action I can take? He has fired without any prior notice. Please suggest me. Regards

You should immediately initiate legal proceedings for illegal termination. A civil suit for declaration thereby declaring the termination as null and void being illegal and arbitrary. Further you may seek your dues and experience certificate
