We r in trouble.my bhabhi committ suicide but her family blam us that we r murderer and we kill her for hai motor bike.The pm report say that the girl committ suicide .But u know that ipc section 304 please save us .the r asking for 6 lakes to take the case back .also suggest that way to compromise that case.
On the basis of PM report you can claim for Anticipatory Bail under section 438 of CPC,1973.
This kind of case is non compoundable.. means no compromise.
But if the Judge has not taken the cognizance of the case means it is not in the court and any date has been given. You can talk to the other party.
