Good Afternoon Sir, I want to ask that is there is chance of anticipatory bail in IPC 307 if the criminal has been underground for 2 months and did not caught by police since 2 months.

Yes, you can apply for Anticipatory Bail under section 438 of CrPc. It is a right and you can have it. But you have to assure your presence whenever asked. Bail bond might be taken to assure your presence too.
