At present it will take about 15 days in High Court for anticipatory bail. It is also necessary to mention that copy of first information report and your defense papers are required for filing of anticipatory bail.

First of all anticipatory bail should be file before the district judge court and if district court dismissed the anticipatory bail then the accuse can file anticipatory bail before High court. normally the High court may grant anticipatory bail because the sections you have mentioned are trial by magistrate .
