I am Smt. Santosh Gupta, Officer Scale I need Anticipatory Bail.


25-Aug-2025 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
I am unnecessarily involved in a bank fraud case took place at my branch by my senior officers. An FIR has been filed against me and others on 15/08/2025. For which I need anticipatory bail urgently. Please advise and help.

You unnecessarily involved in a bank fraud case .For this, first of all, you should prepare for your defense along with the First Information Report to the lawyer. What position were you in at that time and what is your role in this case? And if you are shown in the main role, then the supporting accused should be arrested first, which will help in getting bail for other people.

first apply anticipatory bail in district court after you can apply in the High Court. You can directly come to the High court if there is an emergency situation. What are the sections on you ? Explain
