fir was on 01/08/19 chargesheet still not filed by IO.. police is fully cooperating with us coz they know the case is false registered yet they can't file an FR now should I go for bail application or should i wait for the court summon.?
You can move for an anticipatory bail application. There you can disclose all the facts and circumstances to the court and the court may subsequently grant the bail.
You may also wait till the trial and subsequently file the bail application.

in this condition before the submission of FR/Charge sheet court never send you any summon. so in this situation you need to take anticipatory bail for your future defence. if investigation IO is change than may be next IO not favour you and detaind you in custody.
