can i avail anticipatory bail in case of 420 & 406 in case of 420 & 406 also i case is registered in rajasthan and i want to apply for anticipatory bail from pune cain i avail this option if some one blame me a fraud of rs. 837000/- and also i hold this amount because he didn't pay my salary please advise me on this matter

you can apply for transit bail through bombay high court and then file normal ABA before the rajasthan session court. you will get almost 3 or 2month for transit bail from Bombay hc. later you can proceed



Q: Victim of 376/506, statement of 164 is given in favour of accused

I filed the FIR under 376/506 as I got to know he is already married, but after that accused and his family convinced me to give164 statement and affidavit in his favour for his family and career on promise of life time he will be there with me he will not leave me. So I gave 164 in his favour now he and her wife is filing case against me and my dad, and he went to bombay high court for quashing of the FIR, is there any way to reconsider 164 to be recorded again? Also he is on anticipatory bail so can we go for cancellation of the bail.
