Q: Fight with the Restuarant Owner

My dad is working in a restaurant where he had a fist fight yesterday with the owner and today we came to know that he has registered a complaint by one of his colleague. What should we do now? What will be the consequences? My dad is injured near his neck and the mark is visible too.

What does it mean "CASE DISPOSED or PARTLY ALLOWED" in ipc 354 in the term of Interim Bail.. Please let me know

partly allowed your application prayer/content of your application into by the judge. and grant you relief for the same.case disposed of means that your said application was decided on merit and closed to hear more from the same court.

Q: for anticipatry bail in case of 420&406

can i avail anticipatory bail in case of 420 & 406 in case of 420 & 406 also i case is registered in rajasthan and i want to apply for anticipatory bail from pune cain i avail this option if some one blame me a fraud of rs. 837000/- and also i hold this amount because he didn't pay my salary please advise me on this matter

you can apply for transit bail through bombay high court and then file normal ABA before the rajasthan session court. you will get almost 3 or 2month for transit bail from Bombay hc. later you can proceed

Q: Victim of 376/506, statement of 164 is given in favour of accused

I filed the FIR under 376/506 as I got to know he is already married, but after that accused and his family convinced me to give164 statement and affidavit in his favour for his family and career on promise of life time he will be there with me he will not leave me. So I gave 164 in his favour now he and her wife is filing case against me and my dad, and he went to bombay high court for quashing of the FIR, is there any way to reconsider 164 to be recorded again? Also he is on anticipatory bail so can we go for cancellation of the bail.

you made your cases very technically error by your own action. still you can apply for inquiry under 156(3) crpc and also move to cancellation of bail if you have any material regards to threat and all frm Accused side.

Q: Mental abuse by husband and mother in law

I am an IT professional. I got married last year. My husband left his job within few months of marriage. He and his mother constantly use derogatory terms for my family and constant verbal abuse at home. They also demand that I should pay for house expenses. They do not approve of my further studies or change of city for job.
