Q: What is the procedure for divorce.

Hi.. I need a divorce. My marriage 11yrs done.now we cant stay with each other..so I need divorce fast. I m not a good wife .m gud for nothing.I can't be a gud wife .I can't be a gud mother also.and 3yrs before m done a worong that I have chat with other guy.and after my fault my Hus have a relationship with one women .and now he done his second marriage.and am I don't have no patience for anything. And I'll fight with my hubby everyday .and m aiways giving replays wat he asked.and I can't to be a slave.and also I can't concentrate my kids.coz m not gud.m bad.so he want to get rid of me.so pls answer me asap.thank u...and m frm Kerala.our marriage done with Kerala Hindu marriage act.my age 29 .and his 31.we can't adjust with each other so pls give me an answer asap.he asked me to leave him for his peaceful life.so I want him free..that's all..is there anything u wanna know abt my problem details let Me know.. Q: Where can i file for domestic violence caused by sister in law.

i m married woman.my in laws (sister in law staying wit us)are troubling me abusing me.bcoz of which i m mentally troubled,depressed.she interferes in each n everything in the house.put restriction on me like not going out no laughing no talking to any one.they are always scolding me without any reason.they want me to work all day.

You may file domestic violence case under the domestic violence act for compensation and other preventive relief as mentioned in the said act. Q: Can i get MOU signed by girls family that they are aware of my divorce

I am legally divorced.now going to marry a single girl who is not divorced. she and her sisters and mom are ready to do marriage and also aware of my divorced. Problem is that her brother and her sisters husband is not aware of this. I asked her to do notary or MOU before marrige that she is aware of all this and she is ready, Can you please advice, Should i proceed with this? should i do marriage with her in spite of her brother is not aware of my divorce?

After going through your facts, it is clear that girl is ready to marry you. Girl who has attained age of majority i.e. 18 years old is legally competent to marry with boy who attained age of majority. Her consent for marriage is free and valid in the eyes of law. My husband filed a petition for divorce under section 13(1)(ia) and 13(1)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act. I got judgment against me. Now I want to file an appeal against the judgment. Under which section I have to file an appeal? 1) Under Order XLI of Civil Procedure Code 2) Under section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 3) Under Order XLI of Civil Procedure Code read with section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955
