Hi.. I need a divorce. My marriage 11yrs done.now we cant stay with each other..so I need divorce fast. I m not a good wife .m gud for nothing.I can't be a gud wife .I can't be a gud mother also.and 3yrs before m done a worong that I have chat with other guy.and after my fault my Hus have a relationship with one women .and now he done his second marriage.and am I don't have no patience for anything. i m married woman.my in laws (sister in law staying wit us)are troubling me abusing me.bcoz of which i m mentally troubled,depressed.she interferes in each n everything in the house.put restriction on me like not going out no laughing no talking to any one.they are always scolding me without any reason.they want me to work all day.

Q: Can i get MOU signed by girls family that they are aware of my divorce
I am legally divorced.now going to marry a single girl who is not divorced. she and her sisters and mom are ready to do marriage and also aware of my divorced. Problem is that her brother and her sisters husband is not aware of this. I asked her to do notary or MOU before marrige that she is aware of all this and she is ready, Can you please advice, Should i proceed with this? should i do marriage with her in spite of her brother is not aware of my divorce?
