You first need to complain to the principle in writing and don’t forget to take an acknowledgement of serving the complaint to the principle. Besides you can also complain to the police as there are anti ragging provisions which can be made use of. However before approaching the police it is suggested you get some legal consultation.

Basically it seems that your society is not formed. If you have along with other allottees have purchased the flat from the owner of the bungalow who developed the premises, then all the allottees have to come together and demand the formation of the society first. If the legal heir is not able to help you due to any legal complications then you need to approach the deputy registrar . The process want be simple and you should be taking legal help in this

Q: Cheque bounced for amount 4 lac in July 2025

I invested some money in an acquaintance's business on a platonic basis, where I was to receive monthly interest until the loan amount was recovered. I received only up to 3 months. Additionally, I lent more money with the promise of returns unmet. I was given a 4 lac cheque in July 2025 to clear all my pending payments, but that cheque got bounced. To date, the person has been giving me hope to return the money but has never done so. What legal action can be taken?

Have you sent a statutory legal notice under NI Act. Or was the cheque dishonoured again ? For you cheque bounce you can follow the procedures under Negotiable Instruments Act in case you have lost on limitation we have to follow other procedure for recovery

The father 86 was a shareholder in a private Ltd company. He has relinquished his shares to his partner and his son since about 3 years who were and still are directors in the same company since 20 years. The father is still married to another lady and has 4 children from that marriage. Can the legal heirs still claim the shares which he ( the father) held previously ?
