Q: Transfer from nominee to ownership status what is the remedy.
We are four unmarried brothers staying together. All are senior citizens and are staying at the same place since last 53 years. Our father expired in 2008 and he had nominated all four of us with 25% share. The society has noted down the same in records and has made all four of us as npminees.What should be done so that all four of us are members and not nominees?Revert please.Thanks in advance.

Your will have to make an application to the society to make one amongst you as the primary member and others as secondary member or associate members. Can an affidavit be revoked if sisters have signed and given to the brother for transfer of property to the brother s name as the brother had made promises but not kept to it

Basically the main question is had the brother made the promises in paper or rather is there a mutual understanding on paper basis which the sister can say that there was a breach of agreed terms. Suggest you may kindly have a tele discussion on the point as there are plenty of ifs and buts

recently i received a copy of invite from developer, to the 300 plot owner in the gated community in palghar district, for a meeting last week, but did not happen due to poor response. now one of the members sent a whatsapp group invite and around 40 has joined the group (out of 300 plot owners), but only 20 of them revealed their plot nos. can this admin and his friends represent 300 plot owners meet developer and discuss on society( after bdevoper has not given any update after email invite

It’s difficult to understand exactly what you are saying completely which would require a direct discussion. Well if you are talking of forming a society then let me inform that the present number is too small to form any society. However with the present number you can approach the builder / developer to form a society and request a list of all allottees with numbers. My father in law was a part of a family with 4 members, himself along with his wife and 2 daughters. The younger daughter is my wife and we live in the UK. The basic question starts with whether you father in law made a will. If not the property will devolve as per Hindu succession law and the process is a long one and want be over within 7 to 8 months for sure. It’s better you dm me so we can take this forward
