There is no problem in applying for passport, if there is any query by passport department then provide them the certified copy of the judgement as well as provide a another certified copy to ur local police station.
Q: Legal remedy against stay order for construction of private property
i am constructing my house but my neighbor sent a stay order to my wife , and they blackmail to her and my other family members, they says that if you will not exchange your other piece of land with my this land of piece then you cant build your house.so they took signature on the document for the exchange. right now i am out of my country , kindly advice me what to do to refuse that agreement signed by my wife and other family member.

First u have to tell me that who is owner of that property which is under construction n who is owner of the exchanged land ,after that any of us are able to guide u about ur case as well as about the future steps u have to take

First u have to file a application under sec 70(2) in court to call ur arest warrant back with the reason for ur non appearance in court, if court reject ur such application u have to challenge that rejection order in concern high court

My father is died on 1997 and acording his will my mother and after her my brother is only owner of this property.my mother is also died on 1999.and now my brother is owner of this house.and after my brother marriage he transferred this house for his wife by gift deed. And now my brother an my bhabhi want to selling this house.we are two sisters and we r also married. Can we file a case on my brother and bhabhi for this property. And we r not sure that the will is origenal or fake because its only nottery not registered. pls help

Any documents which were not registered we're easily challengable, the benificery have to prove the authenticity of the documents, you both can file declaration suit as well as criminal case against ur brother n his wife, if the will is original you have to just challenge the metal status of ur fatherat the time of will, and the statement of witness of will are also valuable.
Q: Want to Dissociating from case as no longer work with organization
As Organization employee I have filed a FIR regarding a theft in a vehicle operated by the organization. the FIR clearly mentions my name along with my organizational position. Further i have left the organization 2 years back, recently the case get open in court and they want my presence in court. I want to appear for one time only. please guide what process shall take for this.

As u told u filed a fir on behalf of your organization, the filed fir get reopen because either the vehicle or the theif is in police custody , you are called by court for ur statements nothing else , and it get completed in one presence only, present in court when court call u as a witness.
