Q: My wife may register a false case of dowry & harassing against me

There is a problem between me and my wife.. I doubt my wife may register a false case of dowry & harassing against me. If she complain against me me in the police station, What should I do so that me & my family should not be arrested by the police? Will the police arrest me immediately? I have audio evidences in which she says she will register a false case, how can I use that?

Respected Sir,If you think your wife is going to file a false domestic violence complain against you there are chances of you, your mother , your father, your sister etc. for getting arrested immediately by the police. You need ti immediately apply for the Anticipatory Bail for the same in the appropriate court.

Q: Illegal construction by neighbor on my land,, how to complaint ?

My mother has 1000 sq. ft land in Hadpasar Pune. We have neighbor who started construction and build on our land. Actual area of the property is 40/22.5 and on paper area is 41/24.4. In this case how should I approach a neighbor and how to handle this situation?

You can send a legal notice to your neighbour or else if he is constructing very fast you have to approach civil court and take a stay order from it. Complaining it to tbe police would not help you at all.

Q: Need Estimated Cost to gift-deed my Rs. 52Lakh flat to my brother

Hi I wish to gift deed my flat to my brother. Flat's cost is Rs. 5200000. How much cost will I have to bear for this? Can you suggest me some economical lawyer from Wakad area to do this for me?

If he is your real brother then 3%Or else 6% stamp on market value of the area. Price of your flat isnt considered while calculationg stamp value, its market valuation is calculated. Percentage might differ from 1st of july.

Q: How to calculate land prize compensation

Need your advice in a fraudulent matter.Had transferred some money to a relative s account for land acquisition.Acquired land on relative's name.now i want my money back as we no more have cordial relations obviously with interest rate applicable as I am currently in non working state and raising two children.its clear that I am being deceived by the relative.As i had given money to invest in land at a particular land prize.now that the land prize had increased should I expect appropriate compensation based on today's land value.

Respected Client,I read your query and came to the conclusion that if you have the records to show that you have given a certain amount to your relatives by way of cheque or bank transfer or any way to show that you removed a huge amount from bank via pass book record then yes, you can get your money back.Thank you.

Q: Need information on deed of divorce

Hello sir/mam, I and my husband got married on one month back without the parents consent. He is 25 years old and i am 24. But when my husband told his mother about marriage she got sick and emotionally blackmailed him to get a divorce. My father in law is supporting us but just for an eye wash of his mother he got a deed of divorce on 100 rs stamp paper and showed it to his mother. Is this deed of divorce legal divorce. And can my husband take this to court and ask for divorce. And what is the validity time of this papers? I mean can he use this papers after 1 year also for divorce if he wants to. I know he doesn't want that. But just for safe side i am asking this.

Respected Client, I read your query and i came to the conclusion that Divorce Deed is illegal Deed. There is no such kind of Divorce Deed available in Law. I suggest you to show your Deed only to your mother-in-law and not to the court. Court needs a seperation of one year for mutual divorce and not such Deeds. Disclosing such deed is punishable to both of you including the person who executed it and the notary person. I suggest to stay together if both you are willing to stay with the support of your father-in-law and do not get influenced by your mother-in-law. Thank you.
