“मेरे पिता ने 1993 में मेरे चाचा के बेटे को बिना registered adoption deed के अपने साथ रखा था।हालाँकि उसके लगभग सभी सरकारी documents (school records, Aadhaar आदि) में मेरे पिता-माता का नाम दर्ज है और परिवार में उसे adopted son की तरह माना जाता रहा है।ऐसी स्थिति में क्या वह Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 के तहत legally adopted माना जाएगा?और क्या उसे मेरे पिता की ancestral या self-acquired property में कानूनी हिस्सा मिल सकता है?क्या केवल documents और long family acceptance adoption सा

she cannot sell the property, even if she wipl sell it the sale will be invalid, give a wrritten notice to respective sub registrar and authority so that the registration can be checked . contact an advocate personally.

Q: Delay in registry against the Casa Grande-1 project of Earthcon group

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Sector Chi-5, Greater Noida in 2016. At the time of purchase, the flat was ready to move in, and I was given immediate possession, which I have retained since then. I have been residing in and using the property without any restriction.However, even after nearly 10 years, the registry (registration) of the property has still not taken place. There has been no clarity from the builder regarding when the registration will start.

Contact to an advocate with all the details , like booking and payment details , allotment and possession, also details of the project like approval etc. Also check if they had obtained completion certificate or not . Better to check with an advicate he will guide you accordingly.

provide details and all the relavent documents to advocate to verify the details , obtain NEC certificate, and khatauni for previous years as required, in most cases advocate verify last 30 years details for valid transfer etc
