Q: How to deal with false accusations of rape
Dear All I was been forced by my ex gf for marriage (with which I was in LIVE IN since around 5 years) on basis of fake rape FIR.Case was registered also Police FINAL investigation report has been submitted in court.Under 164 girl admitted that she made FIR to get married also in police investigation Police has stated no evidences found.I need justice since I have never promised for marriage and live in was our both's decision knowing to both that parents may not agree for marriage in future.What I can do against her???

Q: How to recover my courier
My brother sent me a courier from Kerala and I will be aspect to ship on 09/04/2017. Untill I can't get my courier when I contacted to courier company they don't give a satisfactory response.. what I can do?

Send a application to Ministry of communication and information technology, government of india for necessary action against the courier company and also send a legal notice to courier company and file a complainant before consumer forum
Q: Can builder ask for maintenance without OC?
I have a flat in Amrapali Silicon City where I have paid 100% amount 1 year back before possession was given to me. Tower and society is still incomplete and only 1 lift is installed out of 3, parking is not alloted yet, club house is not built completely, only 1 swimming pool is made out of proposed 3, children play area is not ready, work is going on in most of the towers where people are already living. We are paying electricity through prepaid meter.Now builder is asking for maintenance without OC and promised facilities. Can builder ask for maintenance starting with older months without taking OC?

He do'nt have any right to ask for maintenance...you can move a petition in consumer forum against builder to direct him to obtain OC within specified period . also seek compensation and other reliefs
