Q: Personal bank account accessed by Google without consent

recently i got a bonus money from google on a app called tez and that amount was credited by google to my bank account but the same amount was debited after few hours automatically from my bank account. Can google access my bank account without my permission?

Advocate Vedant Bajaj answered
in such cases usually while using the app of software the terms and conditions are there which we agree to there somewhere in the middle it might have been written that the owner has the right to deduct the amount it credits to your account, in such matters it deducts the amount the similar case happened with one if my clients with a big finance company.if any such terms and conditions have not been agreed by you , you can go in for a criminal case.

Q: Mandatory to send notice before filing case for cheque bounce

It is compulsory to send notice before filling 138ni but if notice is send to office add which is already vacant by the person then what can b done. Also who all are eligible to accept the notice.

Advocate Vedant Bajaj answered
it is compulsory to send notice of cheque bounce to issuer of cheque within 30 days from the date of returning of cheque. even if the office is vacant it dosent make a difference, the limitation of filing case will be calculated from the date mentioned on receipt of registered ad , but it is better to always add as many addresses of that person you know. anyone can accept the notice.and it always has to be a registered ad only.
