Appear on the date of summon through advocate and then proceed accordingly. Aur opposite party se baat cheet kariye taki wo compromise ke liye taiyar ho jaye. Q: Final Report filed but no case number after compromise

Police filed Final Report in my FIR after both parties reached a compromise outside court.in 2022 No trial case number was registered in the court. I need a certified copy of the Final Report for my records for passport verification. Should I mention only the FIR number on the certified copy application form, or do I need to find a case number first? How can I trace it if no case number exists?

You need to apply through counsel a certified copy of your FIR. Visit concerned FIR’s jurisdictional sessions court and apply for it. However you need to apply quashing of chargesheet cum FIR through compromise deed if there is amicable compromise reached between you and opposite party.

Jab uski gaadi naa khadi ho to khud ki four wheeler khadi kar lo. Agar khud ke paas nahi hai to second hand 50 hajar tak ka le lo and bas sab sorted ho jayega. Faltu court kachheri ka chaakar me koi fayeda nahi.

My brother’ friend got arrested for wrongdoings with 15yr girl. He called my brother in the hotel to check in with him as he told him that he wants to party. Then he asked my brother to bring some beer, protection and maggie and to drop her friend to the hotel as he didn’t have any vehicle. So my brother dropped the girl. Now police is calling my brother to police station. His name is not is FIR but cctv footage shows him 4 going in and out but when crime was committe my brother was not present.
