Q: Received Passport show cause notice after receiving passport

I had applied for my minor sons passport and alresdy got passport but address which I gave was my permanent address which went in redevelopement and I'm staying in very next building in flat which is also in my name. Unfortunately for minor got police verification, the police knows me and where I stay I met him also but he gave adverse report stating building in redevelopemy and not found there. I got show cause notice after 2 months asking to explain the same. If you can please help

Q: Seeking guidance on managing financial matters for an aunt

My aunt has dementia and is under medical care, she has no children and her sisters are not taking care of her. She has funds which we want to utilise for her and not sure what's the legal way to do it.

Hi, in these cases one may opt to appoint a legal guardian for the purposes of her welfare. But considering the fact that there appear to be other family memes such as her sisters as you mention, they may have objections too. Q: Kandivali 400067 Soc.victim of discrimination & discrepancy.

our soc. is in 500 meter periphery of defence COD. we started self redev. after confirming clearnce of restrictions imposed by CODwe get all pre approvals by submitting all documents & payments through challan. This process took 3 years!Due to suprem court order we are not going get IOD & FSI permissions .where as no of high rise building already built in vicinity & in front of us & we are in shadow & behind these building at dist 416metets from where COD site is not at all visible.

Q: Deceased father-in-law's Registered Will.

My deceased father-in-law left behind a registered will in which he has pledged nothing to his wife, but has equally divided the property in the name of his five daughters. Is the will valid.

As long as the Will is valid, i.e. genuine, and drawn up without coercion and in sound health, it cannot be challenged on the grounds that one of the heirs are excluded from the estate. Hope that clarifies.

Q: Is Executor Of A Will Mandatory?How To Change The Executor Of A Will ?

Is it mandatory to have an executor for a will ? In case we want to change the executor in a n existing will, what are the steps to be followed ?

Naming an executor in your Will is not mandatory. When the beneficiaries file for probate,the court shall appoint an executor.
