The full course content became visible only after full payment, with no trial or refund option. The actual curriculum was unrelated to my field, and job support was misaligned. Thanks in advance for your reply, sir/mam. I can’t share the company name due to LawRato’s policies, but it’s not Amazon or Flipkart. I ordered a ₹3,500 electronic load (0–20A). Packaging was okay but probes were missing. The unit doesn’t work below 1.6A. I contacted the seller on WhatsApp, shared all proof, and even spoke to him. He acknowledges the issue and keeps promising resolution, but nothing happens. He reads my messages but delays action. I’m now very frustrated.

firstly you can send a legal notice through an advocate to the seller and the company for refund and compensation. if they won't respond to legal notice, then you can file consumer complaint for the issue and demand refund, compensation and litigation charges. you must annexed all the chats you have with the seller for betterment.

My friend borrowed money from me and never returned it. I tried every possible option to get it back without fight. But, all efforts were in vain. It's almost one and half year since I am following up with him. Can I register a Police complaint now? Do Police have a right to decline it since it's such an old problem?

Yes, you can file a FIR at police station by showing them amount transferred details and you call and message conversation Or you can hire a lawyer and file a 420 case against your friend. if you have any documents made against the amount given them you also have the option of recovery suit for getting your money back.

You should go to you nearby lawyer, give them all the details of your lost Marksheets & Degree and tell them to make an affidavit for the same on stamp of Rs. 100 with notary on it. the lawyer will have the format of the affidavit as you required.

Yes, you can file a FIR against the company and tell the police all the facts and fraud done with you by the company.In 138 case you should provide the details about your consumer complaint in the hon'ble court where the case of 138 is happening.You can also give the details about the FIR filled. against the company after filling it.
