please give me full details of divorce procedure.

Dear friend ..You need to prepare entire summary of ur problems with ur spouse with date month year if possible. If u have supportive document to prove your allegation make list of those ducment n consult lawyer who will.prepare patition..you need proof of marriage ur photo I'd at the time of filing patition.once ur petition is filed it takes 3 months to complete process.ur lawyer will do needful for issuance of summons

Q: In law's Interference Causing trouble in my Marriage Life.

My wife, by listening to her parents and visiting their place for small reason's cause's my 5 years son his studies & her health issue's are lot, I was informed she was operated for a lump on her kidney but I dough it. My FIL is a retired district judge was suspended against RTI, He trouble's my 75 years old mother using his daughter & my son,he Want to trap me under Law, Now wife is staying with him since 26Feb16 due to my argument with FIL, my mother is sick & we have to operate her spine for decompression & block, wife is asking to rent a property or she will not return.m fed up, help pls

It appears that ur wife is the only child n hee parents are possessive n protective about her..send her e mail n per sue hee to return for the sake of child..and wait for some time.give priority to your mother's health at present n and let your spouse to cool down and understand her the value of a married lady in her parental home.aftersome time she herself will realise when her parents put restriction on her....deal with her politely and concentrate on your work n mothers health at this juncture. How can I get FIR quashed filed by my wife, as she is moving to high court after judgement on divorce by lower court

First you try to expedite hearing of Fi R which is also pending...High court will admit appeal n final hearing may take 4 to 5 years in any city.better to process ur.498.A or any other proceeding n if you get positive result in ur fevour case.quashinh is not easy unless you have proper presentation in ur evidence in divorce proceeding.no harm in trying on the basis of evidence produce before court in divorce proceedings...

Q: Dined staying together after 1 year is this ground for annulment

I DID COURT MARRIAGE with girl year ago and in this year we only had physical relationship once and we never stayed together through out the year .Now I want to annul this marriage on the ground that we dint stayed together for 1 year after the marriage .SO annulment is possible now ?Is consent from both the parties is mandatory for annulment ?Can only either party file a case for annulment ?

Yes one spouse can also file but spouse filing the petition has to make allegation of fraud or non consummation of marriage.from instruction it is not possible to avail the said ground unless you make make false submission n other person accept allegation .I think it is not.appropriate for both of you. N court will not grant decree so casually n time consumed will be same.Better to file consent n seperately in decent way without making allegation
