Q: compromise with dmart under ipc380
i am govt.employee woman got jail 2 days under ipc380. i askes to comromise to dmart manager the complainant he said i will take advise to my senior officor weather to compromise or not .i want to know compromise will made or not

Yes compromise can be made but use of compromise in direct manner can't be use. Its depend on court whether the court will entertain the compromise or not. Because this offence is non compaundable offence. Only court under 482 crpc can quash the proceedings.

Sir i want to knw that police has lodged a fir against me under section 336 I m in govt service nd preparing for RAS exam also.if i confess and got punished only by fine will this affect my job and police verification in case of my selection in ras.Please guide me .

if you confess it will create your criminal record but these kind of offences are petty offences in many cases if a person having hurdle in getting government job then in writ jurisdiction the High Court can direct the department as well as police verification to not to take legal action against that person
