Indian Penal Code (IPC) 1860, specifically 323, 324, 327, 34, 504, 506. Where this offence against me which are totally wrong this case was filled against me case is pending then can I got court clerk and government employee
Advocate Tanay Mandot answered
If you mean whether you can become a government employee? The chances are less because normally they do a background verification and if a criminal case is pending, it is unlikely that they would give you the job. If the case is totally false against you, you need to file for quashing of FIR and charge sheet, if any, before the Hon’ble High Court. You can connect with me in case of more details for assistance.
