Q: Judgement given on Wrong charges

Hi all. I did not find the right category so I selected randomly to ask my question.I have been charged by the police for IPC 498A, 494, 323, 506. To we got judgment and we have been “Acquitted”. But problem is my judgement is for 498A, 495, 323, 506. In my FIR it is charge applied is 494 but in judgement I have been acquitted for 495, which was not even in FIR…nnQuestions: 1. What should I do in this situation?n2. My court case is disposed, am I actually acquitted from all charges?n3. Do I need to apply judgement amendment?n4. 1) First cross check the FIR number in the judgement copy, if it is the same then you are acquitted.2) Without seeing the judgement copy won't be able to say if you are acquitted from all charges.You may consult a lawyer regarding this in physical so as to get a clear view about your case

It's been a week, I haven't received my deposit yet, and a ceiling fan in his house. I vacated the flat on 31st Jan 2023. He had come for inspection before vacating and left with the keys. Now I need money for my another rental home. Also, I do not have agreement copy, because I didn't pay full deposit amount. Am I still eligible to receive the left deposit? What am I supposed to do?

By which mode payment for deposit was made to the landlord? Was there any agreement made between you and the landlord? Were you given any notice to vacate or did you give any intimation that you are vacating the house? Depending on the documents and proof you may be able to recover the deposit legally.

I had already filed a fir against my husband, 498(A),504,34 chargesheet will be in a week.. and my hubby has applied for. Bail application, with a proof I had filed a case he is a drug addict, plus my character assassination, my mentally problem arises, taunts torture and more.. my liberty is being snatched not to go out or visit my parents place, abusing me.so according to Muslim law can I hubby divorce me... Or what I shall do. Should I apply for DV case or can my hubby cross FIR me, but no proof they can apply for me so on this case hubby will be imprision, and i haven't done any medical when he had beaten me, and also rape threat had been send to me on fb, to take back FIR back,,. And also I can't afford lawyer fees in this so can I opt for govt advocate, so in this what justice will be done, I'd my hubby comes with a apology, but i won't take FIR back. So can he say in court that i want my wife to live with me or what should I do if he doesn't divorce me

His bail application can be opposed, you may approach family court in your jurisdiction for Divorce on certain grounds along with FIR copy and chargesheet you are provided by the Police. Most probably chances of your husband filing for divorce is less
