Q: Did not receive pending amount from my previous company

Hi,I have left my previous organisation in back 2016. When i was leaving company had to pay me some amount as my travel expenses. But from then I did not receive the amount. I tried to contact them via mail and phone but did not receive any response.Is there anything that can be done legally.

send a egal notice and mention their the how much amount you are your pending and for how long it is pending and and with whom you contact through which you contact . mention their 15 days period of time within that period of a time is they pay the balance of the amount then it will you find other than that you can you can put a General complaint to a nearest police station by mentioning your appointment letter and offer letter

Q: Regarding 45 days FnF settlement with previous employer

I was working with a recruitement consultancy as a recruiter, who sent me on a deputation role with one of their client. Now client took me on roll by giving consultancy Absorption amount and signing agreement with them. Consultancy also gave me noc to work with client. But they are not giving me my salary of 18k under the pretex of 45 days clause which is not mentioned anywhere in appointment letter. They also made me discuss with their legal advisor to whom I have not yet met in person or knew about him till now, they called me for a discussion and told me we have not given your present company any noc, now we will stop that. Is it legal for them to do this? What can I do? Please guide

first of all you need to check out your company appointment letter where are all the clauses and mention if there is any clauses like that then they can to the step if there is no clauses like that and if they provide you there NOC then you can send them a legal notice and ask your money .

Q: partnership in cheque bounce case

If there is a cheque bounce case and if 2nd partner Is not able to pay his 50% share of defaulted money to court, will 1st partner be forcefully liable to pay all the defaulted sum? Including first partners share?

sometime its yes sometime it's no because total things is depend on your agreement. the partnership agreement which you people made on the basis of that. kindly check your partnership agreement . find all the points all the conditions .

Q: Land declared in red zone, I purchased a land in and done

I purchased a land in March 2019 and done the registration and not done the 7/12 of the land. In Sept the Mahanagar palika ruled out a plan and the land is coming under red zone now. The land we have puchased in Nanded but we stay in Mumbai. People are saying that we will not be able to do 7/12 of the land. Even if the government compensate for the land it will be paid to the person under the name of the person who is last on 7/12. Please let us know what can we do now.

Go to your register office from where you come your registration and apply for queries of last 30year. It will take 2 days. Their you can find all the detail of your land. Then it will give you a clear picture of the past.

Q: Money Recovery Suit From PG Owner

My PG Owner owes me INR 3,400/- from my security deposit and he is not willing to pay it back. I warned him that I will take a legal action and he says go ahead and do that.I wanted to know what are my options and can i file a recovery suit for such a small amount? If yes how much will it cost me and is it worth the effort and money?

First of all you should send him a legal notice, mention your agreement point and give 15 day time. If he pay within the given period then matter solve, if not then you should file a complaint to Your nearest Police station.
