Q: Gave money to a party want to recover the money

Dear sir I have given credit to party and amanut is one lack forty thausand and thay have not given cheque so plz suggest how can give me my money back

First you should draft a legally correct complain letter with all the details, information with the help of learned advocate. Secondly, the complain should be filed at the local police station. The police officer will call him/her for statement recording and further legal action. I have came to know fraud to my farm four years back. Can I file criminal against them now? Is there any limitation for filling criminal case?

Q: Builder not paying brokerage to real estate agent

my dad is a real estate agent he showed a flat to a party before 4 months after that the party deal with the same flat with another broker and crack the deal now my dad wants brokerage from the builder but that builder is not responding to my dad the sales manager was there at the time when my dad showed flat to the party and he is the evidence that first the flat is shown by my dad to that party now please help us please

First we would like to know that is your dad a designated or on panel real estate agent with the said builder. Secondly even if he is not in panel, he should be part or member or real estate agent association. Finally, i would recommend that a legal notice to the builder, said party who purchased the flat and marking a copy to the real estate agent association will help you. Q: Limitation period for recovery of dues for cooperative bank

What is the limitation period for recovery of the outstanding dues for a cooperative bank ltd ? the property was transferred to a renowned loan reconstruction co by a nationalised bank in Mumbai with two attachments one of Home Loan and other of Personal loan ,after deliberate negotiations all the dues were cleared by us with loan reconstruction co , when the property was transferred to that loan reconstruction co sec 101 order issued by Asst. Registrar of MCS was served to that national bank for recovery. Would wish to know whether we need to pay the o/s of cooperative bank as on date ??
