Q: Marrying before the second motion in case of mutual divorce

I and my husband have mutually separated and signed the mutual consent divorce papers (no demands) in April this year and the final date is in October wherein we have to appear one last time and sign before the judge probably (not much idea of the procedure) My question is, since we have already signed the papers once, is it possible to marry before the final round ? I am currently involved with a christian guy and we wish to marry within the next 2 months due to certain personal issues. I was earlier married under Hindu marriage act and have to convert in order to marry in a church. What are the possibilities in this case ?

Hi, I am 19 year old.I am living sperate from my family from last month.now my parents log a complain against me.police need clarification in written. Thay ask me to come police station tomorrow. I don't now what should I do.my parents can be do something to me.please help me

Q: Recovery of property when obtained by someone else fraudulently

I have a plot and few years back my father is off and one of a local builder saying this property sale by your father to me and I have a document also I Don't know how it's possible my father never told us that he sold the plot. after this i verify it's self and I found the name of a builder on 7/12 ..but on property card still my father name.What is the remdy to recover the property?

Q: Legal action against online matrimonial site for committing fraud

 From online matrimonial site I received one marraige offer . But 19 days back one lady  called me & abuse me,yesterday same lady called me & threatening me for my murder, I called the matrimonial people for assistance to arrest the interested person  , but matrimonial site people denying me saying we are not giving any surety for taking risk whatever you do that is your look out, if anybody make suicide or murder we are responsible talking the matrimonial site  represilentive I want t to take action on matrimonail site people for cheating & making fraud.
